Are these one-time fees or monthly?
Most Wandril builds are one-time project fees — you pay once, you own the build. There are no ongoing platform fees or retainers unless you choose the Custom tier for ongoing management. The only recurring costs would be third-party tools you use (e.g. WhatsApp Business API, OpenAI API) — and we'll be transparent about those before we start.
What's included in the "30-day support"?
After we go live, we stay on hand for 30 days (60 days on Growth) to fix any issues, make minor adjustments, and answer questions. If something breaks or behaves unexpectedly, we fix it at no extra charge. After the support window, we offer affordable maintenance packages if needed.
Can I start with Starter and upgrade later?
Absolutely. Many clients start with a single automation to see results, then come back for more. Everything we build is modular — a Starter chatbot can be expanded into a full Growth stack without starting from scratch.
Do I need technical knowledge to manage what you build?
No. We build everything to be managed by a non-technical business owner. You'll get a walkthrough, documentation, and a support window. If something needs changing, you can either do it yourself (we'll show you how) or ask us.
